There is very little stretching, more meditative.
Most of the movements are easy, some challenging.
Sitting movements mostly for the back and hip
Standing for balance, weight bearing for joints (arthritis)
Classes are Free/Donations accepted, and greatly appreciated.

[ Step Three: Start to become aware of the energy-blood flow in your extremities.
[ Step Four: Start to control these feelings of energy-blood flow. Sending to the part that needs it.
[ Step Five: Use this energy for basic healing and pain management.
