Shaking is good for the lymphatic and immune systems, raising all those good healing vibrations. How to do it? Put on some upbeat music Stand with feet hip with apart and keep them planted throughout Start with a slow shake that moves up your legs then takes over the rest of the body Close your eyes open your heart❤ let go, shake and allow the magic to happen Don't worry what you look like when shaking Slow it down, stand still, and breathe - feel how ALIVE you are! 10-15 minutes a day can really help during these challenging times!
